Holbæk Marina (HM) provides free wireless internet available for HM users with customers.
The wireless signal is broadcasted from a total of 5 positions:
-2 circular signals with radius ca. 150 m,
1 from the mast located on bridge 4 and
1 from the mast on the north side of the "Langhuset"

-3 fan-shaped, directional signals, approx. 300 meter range,
1 from the north side of the Harbour Office, directed to the northeast to North,
1 from the north side of the Harbour Office, addressed to the Northwest to the North and
1 from the South side of the Harbour Office, aimed Southeast toward the club houses.

The network name is the same for all: Marina
For internet access on your device select "Marina". Code is not necessary, but you will meet the following welcome message, as you must agree to:

Holbaek Marinas internet shall not be used for chat with content of racist or pornographic in nature, like the use of the internet must respect Danish legislation.

Responsibility and abuse:
Holbaek Marina undertakes no responsibility for erroneous information, either as downloading virus from the internet.

Users of the network should ensure their device with the latest antivirus, because using the open network is at your own risk.

Holbaek Marina saves (logs) required data for 12 months according to Danish law.

The bandwidth of the network is in a total of 40 mbps and each user is limited to about 3 mbps download and 1 mbps upload approximately. After one hour online the user will be disconnected. The restrictions are set to allow many users who primarily are expected to use access to read emails and to surf the Web (no streaming of movies).
If you can view the network settings but have difficulty logging on, it may perhaps be due to the current number of users online or your device does not send strongly enough.
Do you have trouble logging on, please contact the marina office.
